Listing management

Generate, edit, regenerate, duplicate, approve/save, or delete listing results without deleting the original product image.

Generate New Product

Existing-image mode: one selected image becomes one listing by default.

Task 2 — BULK Prompt → AI Image Generation → Selection → Listing

Upload one CSV containing all products. The app will automatically generate image candidates product-by-product without asking you to repeat the task. Task 1-only controls stay hidden while Bulk mode is active.

TASK 2 DESIGN MASTER + LIFESTYLE
How it works: 100 products → automatic image-generation queue → 4–6 candidates per product → product-wise selection → one-click bulk Amazon listing generation. Images are permanently linked to Product ID, so images from one product can never become another product's listing.
CSV columns: product_id, prompt, brand, product_type, material, color, size, keywords, notes, image_count, variation_theme

1. Bulk Product Queue

Edit any row before generation. Image count defaults to 4 and can be 1–6 per product.

2. Product-wise Selection — Master Print PNG + Lifestyle Images

Each product has one print-ready Master Design PNG plus lifestyle candidates generated from that exact design. Select lifestyle images per product. One product = one listing group; size/color creates one Parent plus Child listings.

MASTER DESIGN: used for printing and downloads. It is generated as design/artwork only, without room, wall or lifestyle context. LIFESTYLE: generated from the master design and should keep the exact same artwork while changing only the presentation scene.

1. Upload Existing Product Images

Filename becomes the starting SKU.

Generated Image Library

All AI generated images are automatically saved to the system backend/Generated Images folder. Select any saved image and use it in a listing later.

Add images in one or more batches. Previous images stay in the queue.
Tip: use Add / Choose More Images to keep adding products without removing the earlier ones.

Bulk Update Selected Products

Select products below, then apply Product Type, Material, Size and Color. Applied values are shown in each row immediately. The Color input fills the Color column; there is no separate numeric # column.

After Apply, check Product Type / Material / Size / Color and Variation Theme values before generating. Size + Color creates the Cartesian Parent + Child variation set.

2. Generate Listings TASK 2 DESIGN MASTER + LIFESTYLE READY v2

Each selected image is analyzed using Image + Product Type + Material + Size + Color. Use Variation Theme = Size, Color, or Size + Color. Size + Color creates every Size×Color combination as a Child under one Parent. Blank Size is ignored; blank Color may be inferred from the image.

If Generate Listings does not start, the box above will show the exact reason. The STEP 45 badge confirms this file is loaded.

3. Listing Results

Edit, regenerate, duplicate, approve/save, or delete each result. Amazon fields include Size, Color, Material and Item Type Name. Multiple Size/Color values create one Parent listing plus Child variation listings. Size + Color creates every Size×Color combination; Parent has blank Size and Color.

Bulk Listing Actions

Select listing rows using the Use checkbox, then perform the action on all selected listings.
